This recipe is a twist on a classic baked apple with a crunchy panko coating. So easy and quick to prepare, this may become one of your favorite desserts to make. No mixers required! Serve warm on its own or with a scoop of (dairy or parve) ice cream.

Ingredients
1/2 cup sugar
2/3 cup Gefen Ground Walnuts or Almonds, or cinnamon
1/3 cup Jeff Nathan Creations Chef Gourmet Gluten Free Panko Crumbs
10 apples, peeled and cored
1/3 cup Gefen Cottonseed Oil
Baked Apples
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Combine sugar with nuts and panko crumbs.
Dip apples into oil. Roll into the sugar-nut-panko mixture.
Place into baking pan. Bake for 50 minutes.
Can be prepared one to two days in advance and refrigerated.
