Ingredients
8 slices salmon
1/2 cup vinegar (use gluten-free if needed)
1/2 cup Glicks Cottonseed Oil
1/2 cup lemon juice
3/4 cup sugar
2–3 tablespoons Gefen Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Gefen Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Gefen Table Salt
dried parsley flakes (optional)
8–10 cloves
Salmon
Directions
Place fish into a glass dish or container.
Combine ingredients for marinade. Pour over the fish.
Marinate in refrigerator for 48 hours.
Pour off half of marinade. Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes to one hour.

Note:
If you prefer your salmon moister, remove from the oven after 20 minutes.
