Ingredients
4 medium-sized firm bananas
melted Elite Milk Chocolate
chopped nuts or flaked coconut
Banana Pops
Directions
Peel bananas and cut in half horizontally. Insert a wooden stick into each half.
Coat bananas with melted chocolate, then roll in chopped nuts or coconut.
Freeze at least one hour.
Recipe Note
Variation:
Pineapple chunks can be substituted for bananas with equally delicious results!
