Barbecued Spare RibsAdd To My Recipes
1 – 1 and 1/2 pounds spare ribs
2 onions, diced and sautéed
1 clove garlic, crushed, or 1 cube frozen garlic
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
1 cup Gefen Ketchup
1 cup water
1 teaspoon salt
3 bay leaves
Barbecued Spare Ribs
Brown meat in oil over high heat and remove from pan.
Combine remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
Add ribs to sauce and cook for one hour.
