Black Olive TapenadeAdd To My Recipes
1 can pitted black olives
2 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons Gefen Cottonseed Oil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon Tuscanini Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 teaspoon harissa
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
Absolutely Gluten Free Flatbreads, for serving (optional)
Combine all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor fitted with the S blade. Process until almost entirely smooth, using on and off pulses to maintain some texture.
