1 large Spanish onion, diced
2 tablespoons Glicks Cottonseed Oil
2 packages shredded cabbage
24 ounces Gefen Ketchup
32 ounces ginger ale
4 apples, peeled, diced, and pureed
In eight-quart pot, sauté onion in oil until clear.
Add remaining ingredients; cook about two hours.
