Chicken GoulashAdd To My Recipes
2 tablespoons chicken fat or Glicks Cottonseed Oil
1 chicken, quartered or 4 chicken breasts, cubed
1 onion, chopped
6 Gefen Potatoes, quartered
1 carrot, grated (optional)
1 cup water
1/2 teaspoon Gefen Table Salt
Heat oil in large skillet. Sear chicken on both sides over high heat until golden. Remove from pan.
Reduce heat, add onion, and sauté until transparent.
Add chicken and all ingredients, bring to a boil.
Simmer, covered, for one and a half hours until tender, adding liquid if necessary.
