Chocolate-Covered Matzo with Hazelnut BrittleAdd To My Recipes
In a medium saucepan, melt margarine or butter. Add chocolate chips and almond butter, mixing until smooth.
Spread chocolate mixture on one side of the matzo squares. Refrigerate for one hour.
Spread chocolate mixture on the second side of the matzo and sprinkle generously with hazelnut brittle.
Refrigerate 10 more minutes and serve.
Note: You can do one-side chocolate matzo if you're short on time. It tastes great like that too!
You can also break the brittle into smaller pieces before serving.
