Ingredients
3 pieces Yehuda Matzo
Elite Milk Chocolate
1 cup sugar
1 and 3/4 teaspoons Gefen Potato Starch
Chocolate Covered Matzah
Directions
Prepare the Homemade Confectioner's Sugar (Optional)
In electric blender, blend sugar on high speed for one minute.
Add potato starch and whip an additional few seconds.
Prepare the Chocolate Covered Matzo
Melt chocolate in double boiler, spread thinly over matzo and let it cool and dry.
