Citrus Baked SalmonAdd To My Recipes
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahreneit.
Rub salt and pepper onto fish; drizzle with lemon juice. Alternate overlapping slices of orange and lemon on top of fish. Sprinkle with wine.
Bake for five minutes. Lower heat to 325 degrees Fahrenheit and continue baking for another seven to 10 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with fork.
