Ingredients
1/2 teaspoon Gefen Baking Powder
3 eggs
1 cup Yehuda Matzo Meal
1/4 cup Glicks Cottonseed Oil
dash of pepper
1/2 teaspoon Gefen Table Salt
1/3 cup seltzer
Knaidlech
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for half an hour.
Meanwhile, bring a six-quart pot of water to a boil. Form balls from the matzo meal mixture and drop into the boiling water (or boiling soup).
Cook for 20 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon.
