A beet, dill, and purple onion salad with creamy dressing you can make in minutes, though be sure to leave time for the flavors to come together in the fridge.

Ingredients
1 (17.6-ounce) package Gefen Organic Beets, julienne or cut in half and thinly sliced
1/2 cup dill, finely chopped
1 small purple onion, cut in half and thinly sliced
1/2 cup Gefen Mayonnaise
1/4 cup vinegar
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon Gefen Table Salt, or more to taste
Salad
Directions
Mix the mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, and salt in a bowl until completely combined.
Put the beets, dill, and purple onion in the bowl with the mayonnaise mixture and stir to combine.
Cover and put in the refrigerator for three hours or overnight.
