Crisp, crunchy, and delicious. Perfect for those who don’t eat tomatoes, peppers, and other vegetables that are difficult to peel on Passover.
Never tried daikon? Maybe you should! 3 ounces has only 18 calories, yet provides one-third of the daily suggested intake of vitamin C.

Ingredients
1 daikon
1 turnip
1 kohlrabi
2 carrots
2 tablespoons Manischewitz Cottonseed Oil
1 tablespoon sugar, or to taste
Gefen Table Salt, to taste

Dressing
Directions
Grate vegetables on teardrop-shaped holes side of grater.
Combine oil, sugar, and salt. Pour over vegetables and toss to combine. Chill.
