Add this recipe to your quick-and-easy supper rotation. These fresh fish fillets baked in tomato sauce can be ready in under 45 minutes and don't call for any fancy ingredients.

Ingredients
1/2 cup Glicks Cottonseed Oil
8 ounces Tuscanini Tomato Sauce
6 ounces Tuscanini Tomato Paste
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon Gefen Garlic Powder
dash of pepper
2 pounds fish fillets
Fish
Directions
Pour oil into small bowl. Mix all other ingredients (except fish) in another bowl. Dip each fillet into oil and then into tomato mixture.
Place in single layer on lined baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30–45 minutes. Serve hot or room temperature.
Recipe Note
Variation:
Ketchup can be used instead of tomato sauce and paste.
