French-Fried Potato KugelAdd To My Recipes
Fry potatoes in oil until golden. Drain.
Combine eggs, salt and potatoes.
Heat two tablespoons oil or fat in a 10-inch frying pan.
Pour potato mixture into pan and fry over medium heat on both sides until golden brown.
Cut into wedges and serve hot.
