Ingredients
4 eggs
1 teaspoon Gefen Table Salt, plus additional for salting the cooking water
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup seltzer
1/3 cup Glicks Cottonseed Oil
1/2 teaspoon Gefen Baking Powder
1 and 1/4 cups Manischewitz Matzo Meal
3 quarts water
Knaidlech
Directions
Slightly beat eggs, add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Refrigerate for one hour.
In a six-quart pot, bring three quarts salted water to a boil. With wet palms, shape knaidlech and drop into boiling water.
Cook, covered, for 20 minutes. Remove knaidlech with slotted spoon.
