1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup seltzer
1/3 cup Glicks Cottonseed Oil
1/2 teaspoon Gefen Baking Powder
1 and 1/4 cups Manischewitz Matzo Meal
3 quarts water
Slightly beat eggs, add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Refrigerate for one hour.
In a six-quart pot, bring three quarts salted water to a boil. With wet palms, shape knaidlech and drop into boiling water.
