Ingredients
1 can Gefen Hearts of Palm
1 avocado
1 box cherry tomatoes
1 purple onion
1/2 teaspoon Gefen Table Salt
3 tablespoons vinegar
3 tablespoons Bartenura Olive Oil
3 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons dried dill or 6 cubes frozen dill

Directions
Drain and cube hearts of palm. Peel avocado. Slice cherry tomatoes in half and dice purple onion. Combine all vegetables.
In a separate bowl, mix dressing ingredients and pour over salad. Toss gently to coat.
