Ingredients
3 cubes frozen garlic
8 cubes frozen dill
1/2 teaspoon Bartenura Olive Oil
additional 1 teaspoon Nutola Cottonseed Oil, for frying
4 pieces sea bass, skin on
Haddar Kosher Salt, for sprinkling
Sea Bass
Directions
Preheat oven to broil.
In a small bowl, place dill and garlic cubes to defrost. Add the extra virgin olive oil and mix to create a paste.
In a heavy saucepan, heat one teaspoon of oil. Wash fish and pat dry with paper towel. Sprinkle with kosher salt. Place in pan skin-side down for about four to five minutes over medium heat. Flip fish over and cook until fish is opaque and top is slightly browned, about five more minutes.
Smear the paste over top of the fish and place in the preheated oven for one to two minutes.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
