An exceptionally moist Passover cake, this is an easy recipe that yields a banana chocolate chip cake that you won't believe is Kosher for Passover! This moist cake is perfectly flavored with banana and chock-full of chocolate chips! Topped with a smooth, sweet icing, this is the perfect Passover cake to make, especially when you have a few extra bananas lying around.

Ingredients
1/2 cup margarine, melted
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
3 ripe bananas
1/2 teaspoon Gefen Vanilla Extract
3/4 cup Yehuda Cake Meal
1/2 cup Mishpacha Potato Starch
1 teaspoon Gefen Baking Soda
1 teaspoon Gefen Table Salt
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup Gefen Confectioners' Sugar
2 teaspoons hot water
1 teaspoon Gefen Cottonseed Oil
toasted chopped walnuts, for topping

Directions
For the Cake
Beat margarine and sugar. Add the eggs and beat until they become pale yellow.
Add bananas and mix until mashed. Add vanilla.
Add dry ingredients and mix until combined. Add chocolate chips.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for approximately 50 minutes or when it springs back if you touch with a finger.
For the Glaze
Mix glaze ingredients. If too thick, add water by the half-teaspoon until it reaches the consistency of glue.
Pour on top of cooled cake and sprinkle toasted nuts on top as desired.
