Ingredients
1 cup Mishpacha Potato Starch
3/4 cup Glicks Cottonseed Oil
3/4 cup Gefen Ground Walnuts
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 eggs
1 teaspoon Gefen Vanilla Sugar
1 teaspoon Gefen Baking Powder
3/4 cup chocolate chips
cooking spray or oil, for greasing
Blondies
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Mix together all ingredients, besides chocolate chips, until well-combined. Stir in half of the chips.
Pour batter into a greased eight- by eight-inch pan and sprinkle the rest of the chips on top. Bake 35–40 minutes. When cool, cut into squares.
