Very easy to prepare and healthy! Lowfat and tons of vitamin C, and delicious with grilled fish, chicken or steak.

Ingredients
4 medium sweet or red onions, peeled and cut into 8 wedges
Bartenura Olive Oil
1/2 teaspoon Gefen Table Salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon Tuscanini Balsamic Vinegar
Roasted Onions
Directions
Arrange onions on a jelly roll pan that has been smeared with olive oil.
Lightly sprinkle onions with olive oil (or you can use a spray, like Pam) and toss gently to coat. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the onions.
Bake uncovered at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 1⁄2 hour. Turn onion wedges over. Bake another 25 minutes or until tender. Place onions into a serving dish and drizzle with vinegar.
