Ingredients
3 butternut squashes, unpeeled, sliced lengthwise, seeds removed
3 tablespoons Bartenura Olive Oil
Gefen Table Salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
ground cinnamon
3 tablespoons Galilee’s Delicacy Date Syrup
2 Yehuda Matzos, coarsely ground
2 tablespoons Bartenura Olive Oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed or 2 cubes frozen garlic
Gefen Table Salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
1/2 stalk parsley, chopped

Directions
Prepare the Stuffed Squash
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the squash halves on the baking dish, drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and cinnamon.
Roast the squash halves for 40 minutes, until they are soft and browned.
Heat a frying pan with olive oil and brown the ground matzah with garlic, salt, and pepper. Remove from the heat and add the parsley.
To Serve
Drizzle Galilee’s Delicacy Silan over the squash and sprinkle with the matzah.
