A refreshing change from the usual cucumber salad.

Ingredients
5–6 Kirby cucumbers
1/2 purple onion
3–4 Gefen Israeli Style Cucumbers in Brine
4 radishes
4 tablespoons Gefen Mayonnaise
1/4 cup (scant) vinegar
3 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped or 1 tablespoon dried dill or 9 cubes frozen dill
1 teaspoon Gefen Table Salt

Directions
Slice all vegetables into thin rings. (Do not peel cucumbers.)
Combine dressing ingredients and mix with vegetables. Will keep for two days.
