3-4 pound brisket
3 tablespoons Gefen Garlic Powder
1 (26-ounce) jar Haddar Duck Sauce
Sprinkle brisket with garlic powder and pour duck sauce over meat.
Cover tightly and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for two and a half to three hours. Check after two hours to see if meat is fork-tender; do not overbake or meat will dry out.
