Soft-Baked Italian TilapiaAdd To My Recipes
2–4 ounce tilapia fillets
1/4 cup Gefen Cottonseed Oil
1 clove garlic, minced or 1 cube frozen garlic
1 teaspoon Haddar Italian Dressing and Seasoning Mix or 1/2 teaspoon oregano and 1/2 teaspoon basil
Haddar Kosher Salt, to taste
freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Place tilapia in a bowl, and drizzle with oil.
Season with garlic, Italian seasoning, kosher salt, and pepper. Cover, and marinate at least 30 minutes in refrigerator.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Transfer tilapia and marinade to a medium-sized baking dish, and bake uncovered 30 minutes in oven, until fish is easily flaked with a fork.
