Ingredients
10 ounces mushrooms
2 packages spinach leaves
1 package grape tomatoes
2 avocados (optional)
1/4 cup sugar
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 cup Gefen Ketchup
1/3 cup vinegar
1 tablespoon Glicks Cottonseed Oil
1/2 teaspoon Blanchard & Blanchard Imitiation Mustard
1 teaspoon Gefen Table Salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salad
Dressing
Directions
Wash mushrooms well and cut into thin slices. Peel and dice avocados, if using.
Combine with remaining salad ingredients in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, combine dressing ingredients and pour over salad; toss to coat evenly.
