Sumac Pickled OnionsAdd To My Recipes
1-2 purple onions, very thinly sliced
2 teaspoons salt
3 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons Pereg Sumac
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup hot water
Place onions in a jar with salt, sugar, sumac and vinegar. Shake and set aside to pickle.
