Ingredients
1 tablespoon Bartenura Olive Oil
7 cups vertically sliced Vidalia onions
8 cups shredded green cabbage
3 and 1/4 cups tomatoes, seeds removed and chopped
1/4 cup Kedem White Wine Vinegar
1 teaspoon Gefen Table Salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons sugar
Sweet and Sour Cabbage
Directions
Heat oil in a heavy eight-quart pot.
Add onions. Sauté five minutes or until tender. Add cabbage and next four ingredients. Cook 10 minutes or until cabbage is tender, stirring often.
Stir in sugar; cook one minute more.
