Tasty Romaine Cabbage SaladAdd To My Recipes
1 (16-ounce) package Romaine lettuce
8 ounces shredded purple cabbage
handful raisins or dried cranberries
1/2 cup Gefen Mayonnaise
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 teaspoon Gefen Garlic Powder or 1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon Glicks Cottonseed Oil
pinch Gefen Table Salt
Combine vegetables, raisins or craisins and nuts in a large bowl.
Mix together dressing ingredients. Pour over salad right before serving and toss to coat.
