The Easiest Matzo BreiAdd To My Recipes
1 sheet Manischewitz Matzo
1/3 cup milk of choice, such as Gefen Sweetened Almond Milk
1 egg, beaten
Gefen Table Salt to taste
black pepper to taste (optional)
Break up one piece of matzo into a small bowl.
Pour milk over the matzo and let soak five to 10 minutes.
Add spices of choice.
Add in beaten egg and mix to combine.
Pour into a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for three minutes. NOTE: If you don't have a microwave for Passover, this can be baked in an oven-safe dish for 10 minutes.
